• Please do not count weekends and holidays.
• Orders placed on Friday afternoon or during the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.

My package is unable to be delivered to my address. Can you please reship?

We use the shipping addresses provided us to send out packages to our brides. If an incorrect address is provided, the package is returned to sender or deemed undeliverable because of insufficient address information, additional shipping fees of $5 are required to reship your order. You can make a return within 30 days of receiving your package. To be eligible for a return, products must be received:

• Unworn and in new condition

• In original packaging with tags attached
